#LegendaryWednesday French philosopher and theologian Abelard, famous for a love affair with his pupil Heloise, was forced to burn his life’s work, Theologia Summi Boni. He was summoned by the Catholic Church to the Council of Soissons in 1121 where it was condemned as heresy.
