Called to cancel @GetSpectrum finally. Seeing the great social media interactions about outages and charging me for unlimited data is too much. I’m not paying double the cost of @TMobile for a slight speed increase and limited data.

@AmazonHelp your online chat has been worthless. I placed an order, paid more to ship it with you, and the driver refuses to follow delivery instructions then claims undeliverable. Customer service escalated to DSL who said they would redeliver later today.

Why would I do this again? Then they say they will file a report. Well fun fact is I’ve already filed 5 on my previous deliveries and it’s done nothing. What is the point of the delivery instructions?

Man. As a new @GetSpectrum customer seeing all these outages is very worrying. Guess I should be happy they aren’t changing anything after buying #cox. May be extorting me with data caps but at least I have internet
