With the Indiana Fever officially out, the WNBA season just ended for a massive chunk of America. A whole lot of people weren’t tuning in for the league. They were tuning in for Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham. Now the WNBA heads into its biggest games without two of the names bringing the most attention. But give Sophie her flowers. She competed, played hard, brought personality, defended her teammates, and did everything she could to shine a positive light on the league all year. She deserves a ton of credit for that.
