This is a foolish constitutional amendment proposal. We already have a maxed out rainy day fund and have run the largest surpluses in state history.
Any additional revenue should be used for lower taxes, including assisting local governments with grants so that homestead properties can be exempt from local property tax. Surplus revenue could also be used to remove tolls once the property tax issue is settled.
I recommend a NO vote.

Republican leaders only care about getting elected. That is literally their only goal. They have no vision, no desire for a better America.
If both parties continue down the path of socialism, vote bribery, and apathy towards America future, Florida has to back out.
It's ironic that Republicans who are rightly calling out socialism on the left would make their closing pitch: "if you vote for us, we'll give you $5,000 and make someone else pay for it."
If that isn't socialism, I don't know what is.

The main issue with Flock cameras, is that nobody has any ideas what will and won't be legal in the future.
We are building infrastructure that can be extremely easily abused by authoritarians and totalitarians.
Imagine if someone like Fauci had access to flock cameras during COVID.
Imagine a future where a Flock camera catches you speaking ill about the current government.
Imagine the Soviet Union with Flock cameras.
