He only aesthetically matches his comic counterpart, he’s basically a cardboard cutout
There’s even a whole VIDEO about how NOT thought out JLU Flash’s lore is
It’s the version where every justice league member had presence and individuality and its beloved for a reason the comics couldn’t do it
