FPS isn’t going anywhere. We’re just taking some time to make it better. Here’s what’s being worked on. • Moving beyond a single snapshot per read. Instead of basing a read on one moment in time, FPS will combine multiple snapshots to reduce noise and build a much clearer picture of what’s actually happening. • A complete overhaul of the FLL module. This will do a much better job of identifying genuine operational activity, giving us a stronger read on real network activity while adding a whole new level of flow intelligence. The aim is simple: less noise, better signal, and even more confidence in every FPS report. Back soon.

Quick note for when expansion hits. Don’t read FPS as an exit signal. It tracks Flare’s own lifecycle (accumulation ➡️ expansion➡️ distribution), but the macro environment may not give Flare a long enough permission window to run the full cycle. FPS tells you where $FLR is. It doesn’t tell you when/if the macro will cut the cycle short. The Feb 2024 top was the last run that let Flare fully cycle through.

$FLR structural picture is the strongest it's been in two weeks. Compression building, broad participation widening, fragility easing, no distribution showing up at exchanges. Two reads of improvement now. Next one tells us whether it's a turn or another false start.
