Is anyone worried, like me, that this particular task force is likely using the Orwellian concept of stating one thing but meaning the exact opposite? Is the task force going to combat or commit?

What Stephen is trying to say is that this is yet another example of GOP wastefulness.
1) this is only a review of obstruction of official proceedings charges. Not the charges against Trump.
2) this applies to about 250 of the J6 defendants
3) the prosecution’s theory was accepted by almost all of the lower court judges before being overturned by Supreme Court.
4) clearly a theory of prosecution that was within the parameters of reasonable.
5) very weird to investigate, en masse, all the prosecutors who made reasonable charging decisions.
6) definite chilling effect here.
7) not exactly pro-law enforcement.
8) can’t say President Trump isn’t moving fast on campaign promises!

The consumer, the end user, the final recipient of the imported good pays the tariff in the form of increased pricing.
Tariffs are paid by the receiving organization. They are not ever paid by the shipper or shipper's country. Tariffs on US exports are also paid by the receiving org, not the US or the receiving country.
