George MacKay’s life has changed a lot in the years since he starred in 1917 back in 2020. Now, the 34-year-old actor is preparing to release a whole slew of new and wildly varied projects into the world, from the forthcoming earthy adaptation of Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility, in which he plays the romantic lead; to Cry to Heaven, the long-awaited third movie from creative polymath Tom Ford, to the delicious-sounding Ocean’s Eleven prequel he’s about to shoot with Bradley Cooper and Margot Robbie, set during the 1962 Monaco Grand Prix.
