JUST IN: The IEC has dismissed the claims that illegal foreigners are registered to vote.
However @kgosigadiBee nabbed an illegal foreigner who obtained a fraudulent ID managed to vote two times as a South African, despite being illegal and ineligible to vote.
Does IEC have a way of verifying voters.
