Good Morning Deppies. I treat films, sometimes the way I approach girls. There are things that make me want to see a movie. Same as a girl. There may be 1 ingredient, or many. But when a film is already made, and the first teaser comes out, I may not wait for a trailer. Im NOT seeing it! I am already interested. I don't need more clothes to come off, I want the mystery. I want to discover.
This film abounds with mystery. 1 thing that I wondered, is "how is Johnny gonna play this?" And the more that comes out, I am even more confused. Even his fucking accent is currently perplexing me! This role and story looks very complex. We may be twisted and turned in many directions. And taken to far off places and dark & dangerous areas. I will not watch any further trailers. I am hooked. One person replied to the trailer and said, "this was a great trailer. It teased, showed you enough to want to watch it, and yet left you leaving with no information on what is going to happen." I AGREE! And I want that. And I want that with girls. Don't give it all to me on the first day. Don't tell me how you are, I want to see it myself. I want to see this movie myself. I had hoped that when Johnny gets older and looses his looks, he could still do great roles at an older age. But yet, his looks haven't diminished and he STILL can do any role he wants. Just look at Him! The man of many faces and characters has done it again!
