We talk a lot about screen time and the negatives, fair enough. But let’s shed some light on the positives for a change.
For me it’s the GPS. Being able to go from A to B with clear directions is a godsend. Definitely a night and day difference from printing MapQuest directions or following those huge fold-out maps…. I remember that as a kid.
Curious what everyone else’s is.
Too often we get caught so much in throes of life and don’t realize how could we have it… by having a job and/or business.

This is the same smith machine squat but the heel elevation changes the position. The wedge lets me sit into it instead of folding forward.
If you’ve got long legs, it’s worth a spin.
On my lifting days, before one weight is picked up, I always walk on treadmill for 10 minutes.
Gets my blood pumping and gets me warmed up

I hit three plates on the Smith Machine Squat this morning and I have to say, it was the cleanest that weight has ever felt on my joints. Hit 6 clean reps.
By the end of my bulk (~January) I wouldn't be surprised if I'm able to max out at 4 plates.
Might just carb overload before I take a stab at it. 🤷🏿♂️
