The fan on the T.50s Niki Lauda is optimised for the track, the diffuser is even more aggressive than the road car and it is on all the time and is designed for maximum downforce, when you turn the ignition on and get past 50mph the fan goes to maximum speed and stays there.

Today @ONS released output data for February 2021.
While overall GDP and manufacturing experienced growth during the month, a full recovery remains a distant prospect for the worst hit sectors.
GDP grew 0.4% in February but remained 7.8% below its pre-pandemic peak.
Services were up 0.2% (8.8% below), manufacturing up 1.3% (4.2% below) and construction grew 1.6% (4.3% below) ow.ly/amM850En4AY
