@PSPCLPb fraud department of Punjab. From last 4 Months bill we got less bill nd this month bill is covering last bill payment also(huge amount). long queue in Electricity office zirakpur for correction of bill. 0 bill is only for advertising reality is different. @BhagwantMann

@HimanshuSaurab3 No official clarity received from #PSPCL on the same. In one of our Tweet some unofficial clarity received like if total consumption in a year crosses 3600 then no discount of 300 units with some efforts to raise questions on people who are asking for clarity.

@HimanshuSaurab3 you can check the tweets of this handle and you will understand. As mentioned by #PSPCL we have gone through the latest rate circular too but that is also giving no official clarity on the same. It's a gray area and gray is always good for election campaigns.
