Now you see why PSG sold Barcola

At this point, I genuinely think the Premier League needs to sit down with Manchester City and find a way to put this entire situation behind us. Think about what they stand to gain by letting these charges go. First, the UAE can continue investing in the UK, businesses can continue to grow, and thousands of people can keep their jobs. Imagine the number of families and businesses that could be affected if this situation escalates and investment takes a different direction. And who's going to buy those expensive stadium tickets when people are struggling financially? The Premier League needs fans with money to spend, not people worrying about how to survive. Secondly, why would you want to lose one of the biggest commercial powerhouses in English football? City brings global attention, massive revenue and world-class football to this league. Remove a club of that magnitude, and don't be surprised if the consequences extend far beyond the Etihad. Thirdly, let's be honest, Manchester City is the only club consistently bringing joy to this league. The rest of you are just participating. But most importantly, the Premier League needs to remember that forgiveness is a virtue. The Bible says in Ephesians 4:32 to be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other. Why can't the Premier League embrace God's word and give Manchester City a second chance? Let City move forward. Let the investments continue. Let the businesses thrive. Let the fans enjoy their football. You can punish Manchester City, or you can save English football. The choice is yours.

Just when you think you've seen it all. 😭😭

🚨Nemanja Vidić on Lisandro Martínez potentially leaving Manchester United after speaking out against the club’s board: “Let me tell you something, Manchester United board. If you think pushing Martínez out will solve this problem, then you haven’t understood anything. You are the problem! This is a football club, not a dictatorship. A player should not be punished for telling the truth about what is happening behind the scenes. If his words make you uncomfortable, maybe it’s because he has exposed something you don’t want people to see. And to the fans attacking him, what exactly do you want? Do you want players to keep their mouths shut while this club continues to fall apart? Do you want them to smile, collect their wages and pretend everything is fine? Martínez is one of the best defenders at this club. Look at his quality, his passion and what he brings to the team. Do you honestly think replacing him will fix Manchester United? He is not asking for his teammates to be thrown out. He is demanding change! There is a massive difference. Manchester United have fallen so far that speaking the truth has become a crime. That is shameful! If the board cannot accept criticism, cannot fix the problems and cannot take this club forward, then what exactly are they still doing there? This club belongs to its history, its supporters and its footballing identity…. not to the people running it today. If you cannot restore Manchester United, step aside and let someone else do the job!”

Now Martin Tyler has gone, there just isn't any really good Football Commentators around now, John Motson & Barry Davies were brilliant , almost irreplaceable , lot of these today i find irritating #Football

If Lisandro Martinez - who actually plays for Man Utd - is not entitled to express his opinion on the club he plays for, because his form isn't great - does that mean basically 99% of us can't express an opinion either?
