Just so I understand: The NCAA can retroactively vacate wins and losses that happened 5 years ago because a guy took a cheeseburger or made money off his image before NIL, but can’t vacate a very clear instance where the wrong team won a game after being gifted a free play!?
The FBS Oversight Committee said in a statement that instant replay protocols were not followed on the second-to-last play of the Western Michigan-Michigan game.
Had they been followed, the committee says the games outcome would have been different, but the result cannot be changed.

I love the ways the Lord fills my heart as a priest. Some days, it's being a complete clown with the school kids. Others, it's saying Mass for cloistered nuns or hearing the sorrow in a long-overdue confession. There are hard days, sure, but the Lord's variety never runs short.
