The Fed raised rates by 0.25% on September 16.
Gold dropped around 1% on the news, then recovered the move the following day.
That reaction says something worth thinking about.
Higher rates can make holding cash more attractive in the short term. But a higher interest rate doesn’t change the fact that inflation gradually reduces what that cash can buy over time.
That’s why, outside BTC, gold is the long-term hard asset I keep coming back to.
The problem with gold has always been the friction around owning it.
Minimum orders. Dealers. Safekeeping.
GGBR takes a different approach.
Each
$GGBR represents 1/1000th of a troy ounce of gold, so you can build a position at the size that works for you. It sits in your own wallet, tracks the live gold price, and trades 24/7 on Ethereum. Tron and Solana are announced.
The current gold and
$GGBR prices are live, so check them before posting or acting. And if you’re looking into GGBR, always verify the contract address through the official
@goldfishggbr site.
The smart-contract code has been checked by CertiK and Cyfrin. As always, a code review doesn’t mean bugs are impossible.
Gold isn’t just about where its price goes tomorrow.
For me, it’s about what I want to hold over the next 10 years.
