Can slurry aeration be fitted to an existing tank? Absolutely. This Dairypower slurry aeration system is being retrofitted into an existing slatted slurry storage after the tank was emptied and cleaned, proving that you don’t need to build new to benefit from slurry aeration. Once complete, this installation will contain an incredible 3.7 miles of aeration pipework beneath the slats, delivering air evenly throughout the tank to help improve slurry consistency and make agitation easier. If you’ve been wondering whether your existing tank is suitable for slurry aeration, get in touch with the Fullwoodhead Dairy Supplies team. We’d be happy to discuss the options and assess what would work best for your farm. 📞 Contact us today to find out more about retrofitting a Dairypower slurry aeration system to your existing slurry store.
