If a fielder hits the stumps in a split second, why shouldn’t it count? This rule is unfair fo Fielders & Bowlers 🤦♂️

For a run-out or stumping, the fielder must have complete control of the ball. Merely touching it with the hand as it breaks the stumps is not enough.
