JC’s position: the energy demand gap is a capacity problem. Build generators that work, deploy them, and iterate to build the next one faster.
Generators should be produced repeatedly, at volume, the way industrial products are.

Fusion is the last energy source the world will ever need. The path to it runs through hardware. Hardware is brutally hard. Getting there requires teams willing to build, fail, and rebuild, and to keep going because China is building at a rapid clip.
In any serious fusion approach, peer-reviewed results are what separate a validated technical milestone from a press announcement. Without published results, it's very hard to know what you're actually looking at. There are no superlatives worth claiming until the results are public.
@FuseEnergyTech's impedance-matched Marx generator results have been peer-reviewed and published since 2024 in Nature Scientific Reports and presented at full scale at IEEE Pulsed Power in Berlin in 2025. To hold ourselves accountable, we also live-stream our machines firing. (links in comments)
Building in public is uncomfortable, but it's the only way to build the trust and team that this challenge demands.
