Last night was a HUGE flex, and the Roadster is a real win. Some call it a distraction, but it's a small bet where the Tesla and SpaceX teams can experiment in ways they could not on a mass-market car. Only a few rocket versions will ever exist, but what they learned will pay back many times over, with battery tech trickling down first and propulsion maybe in the flying cars down the road. And all the free marketing, who wasn't blasting off about it today? 🚀
