Checking in for Greenfield School open gym the defending NCISAA 2A state champs will have a roster capable of repeating. The Knights return four out of five starters from last year in Braxten DuBose, Cam Moore, Donovan Dickens, and Johnny Winborne expect all four to have really good seasons. ‘29 Peyton Fogle should take a leap in production this year. They also bring a strong group of newcomers this year in Na’sir Hines, Jacob Clemons, Tony Lopez and Jeremiah Moore.

Braxten DuBose | 6’5 F | Greenfield School | 2028 One of the more intriguing forwards in North Carolina’s loaded 2028 class is Braxten DuBose. DuBose brings a unique combination of size, strength, skill, and versatility that allows him to impact the game in multiple ways. What separates Braxten is his ability to play with both power and skill. He uses his physical frame to make an impact inside and out. He can attack the basket off the bounce, stretch the floor with his ability to knock down shots from the perimeter, and use his strength to seal smaller defenders and create mismatches in the post. Beyond his physical tools, DuBose has a high basketball IQ and great feel for the game.
