Gotta say @GFUAthletics has a real one in @SpencerCrace. He exemplified today transformative leadership. He came today asking about kids and getting to know each other. After some time we went to see a recruit.
He started to speak to a kid that had other offers, and he did just such an amazing job of speaking with him from the heart. He talked him through what questions he should be asking, talked with him about his specific situation, and showed a true love for kids. He spent 45 minutes with the kids and he didn’t try to make it a big recruiting pitch, he just wanted the kid to be okay. Coach Crace is a name to circle, he is an up and comer.
