Today after a whole day of delivering to one of cohorts on the NPQ SENCO (my first time delivering this course) for @ChilternTSH - I went to @GYP_UK to deliver a twilight. We looked at relational, research informed and experience led tweaks to practice. What an honour!

Phenomenal training today with @TeachLeadAAli — a real game changer for our team.
We’ve been sharpening our approach to improving academic outcomes for our students, with a strong focus on strategies like proximal praise and the THUD approach. Clear, practical, and impactful.
