Last week, @Republicans sent a letter to Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration demanding they comply with Georgia’s ballot drop box laws, including SB 202. Georgia law requires ballot drop boxes be distributed evenly based on population, but Cobb county’s drop boxes were deliberately concentrated in Democrat strongholds. After pressure from the @Republicans, the county confirmed it will not place unauthorized “ballot bags” at early voting locations beyond the drop boxes permitted under SB 202.
