If you are 18+ and Aussie and you play esports titles, try to get around this research being done by Southern Cross University. This kind of info is good for the scene. This is the expression of interest, and you'll get a cheeky gift card if you interview. Retweets appreciated.
Hi all, I’m currently conducting a research project that explores self-regulation and mental health in esports through interviews as part of my PhD at Southern Cross University. Click the link or scan the QR code for more info: scuau.qualtrics.com/jfe/form…

Esports Teams in the thick of competition, preparing for an event, or in the off season ...
If you're a team without any mental performance support and you're on a budget, we can help.

What a massive effort by these boys.
A main stage appearance for a newly formed team from an underdog region.
It's going to be an exciting year for OCE Siege.
This hurts. 🫠 We end our run in the quarterfinals, taking home valuable SI points and $22,000. 🫡
Fantastic performance from our players, thank you for that. 👏
Thank you to everyone in the arena and watching on screen, we see you. ❤️

That's the kind of org you want to play for.
Super proud of the Outlast players.
"Diver...they won 6 rounds in 4 games."
Yea, well....they are living the dream that so many others want to live. And I promise, they are working hard to honor what they have earned.
But think about what these guys are doing from where they have been RECENTLY. Almost ALL of these guys were playing in T4 leagues and losing just a few months ago. Now they in PL. And, 6 rounds sounds bad. But, there are a LOT of rounds that were played VERY well and could have gone their way with a little bit of experience. And they have all year to improve for themselves and their bright futures.
This isn't a complaint post. It's a proud post.
You don't have to be an Outlast fan. But be a fan of these players. They are the next generation and they are everything that the rest of the next generation hopes to be. Show the underdogs some love. #FearTheReaper

After 3 years of success in OCE we are partnering with
@OutlastGamingNA in @R6esportsNA because of their dedication to player development right from the grassroots level.
Let's build.
We’re excited to share that Outlast is officially working with @GameAwareAU to support the mental performance and wellbeing of our players.
At Outlast, we've always believed that being a competitor isn't just about the grind. It's about how you prepare. How you handle pressure and respond to adversity. It's about how you manage your mentality.
That's exactly why we are excited to be working with GameAware.
GameAware focuses on the mental side of competition. They build the culture, discipline, focus and mindset necessary to help players compete to their highest potential.
GameAware and Outlast. Working together to make sure players don't just know how to play - but learn how to compete.

Australia has a population comparable to that of a single city in other parts of the world, but we are going to punch well above our weight.
Don't underestimate us in any of these 16 titles 💪🇦🇺🦘
16 games, 16 distinct disciplines to write their names in history.
As the world’s best gear up to represent their colors, new rivalries will be forged. Which title are you ready to see on the global stage?

The Default Mindset.
We're all guilty of it... but do you know how to overcome it?
the boys and I give insights to what happens in high level competition and under pressure.
Step one is giving it a name, and calling it out when you see it happening to yourself or your opponents.

What a journey.
It's been a privilege working with these boys over the years, right back to the Bliss era.
They continue to impress me in and out of the server with their strong mental game and I can't wait to see what's next for them.
It's time to say goodbye.
You brought us back into Siege and the results came instantly, you always gave it everything you had and played with passion.
Thank you for everything, go on and continue being great!

Insane resilience from the boys in one of the most mentally gruelling games of their careers. Something like 10 match points saved?
Ggwp @Weibogamingwin
Shout-out to the @FortressMelb spectators, made up of rowdy players supporting their Aussie brothers. It was a real vibe.
What 19 hours of Siege does to a MF 😭
After a huge day of games we fall to @Weibogamingwin and our shot at the Munich Major comes to an end.
GG's and thanks to all the fans who stayed up late to watch the boys 🙏

Legacy isn’t given — it’s earned.
Since 2023, they’ve known that the work you put in outside the server pays off inside it.
Culture - Discipline - Focus - Mindset - Balance.
This unc's proud of the boys.
