Morning run back to the hotel in Sierra Vista this morning in preparation of our game later today.

The women have arrived in Sierra Vista for our first ames of the season. August 28th 1pm at Cochise College we kick it all off vs. Northeastern JC

It has been amazing these past two nights to see so many alumni coming back to play against the current squads.

While I was in Florida, I’m on the beach, and it’s like 90+ degrees with 95% humidity. I’m in shorts and my bikini. I see a Muslim family, not too far from where I was sunbathing. The kids, especially the boys had been wearing swim shorts and the young girl had one-piece swimsuit on. The what I assume was the oldest daughter and the mother were completely covered up, with their long-sleeved shirts up to their freaking knuckles! No cap. The father had no shirt on with swim shorts as well. But…Those two women had to be dying under all of that crap. Their eyes, tips of their fingers and their feet were the only things that were exposed. It was horrific. I just stared and shook my head, because this OPPRESSIVE, radical Islam crap doesn’t belong ANYWHERE here in our America.

COLLEGE SOCCER TRUTH Players, who don’t pass their fitness test don’t just lose the test… they lose opportunities. Every coach notices who came back prepared and who didn’t. Failing the fitness test can mean: ⚽ Starting preseason behind everyone else. ⚽ Less playing time early in the season. ⚽ Less trust from the coaching staff. ⚽ Spending valuable training time trying to catch up instead of improving. Fitness is one of the few things you can control before preseason starts. Don’t show up hoping you’re in shape. Show up knowing you are. #CSTruth
