From September 16 to 21 the project bought back 43,000 $SUI
So the buybacks never actually stopped

I study this @Topblastfun launchpad and here's how it works.
1. Launch - You create a coin on their launchpad paired with SOL/USDC/etc, set a trading fee (1-3%), they make the pool and track it from day one.
2. Everywhere counts - Once your token's live, they track wallet activity on-chain. A buy on any DEX they can read counts the same as buying on their own page.
