The SAVE database is one of the tools that helped us bring voter fraud charges against 16 non-citizens yesterday.
Last year, we signed an agreement with the DOJ to make sure this tool is free and available to states for the next two decades. Great to see that one Biden-appointed judge won’t stop our efforts to prosecute voter fraud!
Huge victory for election integrity! The Supreme Court granted @TheJusticeDept’s stay in revamping the SAVE citizenship verification database, which will allow states to clear the voter rolls of illegal voters.
The modified SAVE system allows state and local officials to conduct citizenship verification of registered voters to keep aliens from voting.

This is one of the databases @DOGE sought to connect to improve government integrity.
The Supreme Court on Friday sided with the Trump administration in its push to use a controversial database to review state voter rolls for potential noncitizens, pausing for now a lower court order that found that expanded system violated federal privacy laws.
In a 6-3 decision, the justices granted a request for emergency relief from the Justice Department to stay a June ruling from a judge in Washington, D.C. The judge had blocked the Department of Homeland Security's overhauled database — called the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements, or SAVE, system — which the administration allows states and localities to use to verify citizenship and immigration status of registered voters.

It is double the offense to our country when aliens first enter our nation illegally, and then violate our sovereignty again by voting in our elections. The Department of Justice will not let that happen anymore: Today we announce the latest series of noncitizen voter fraud charges against four individuals: Cliff Sanon, Dilea Ochoa-Perez, Sade Guppy, and Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado.
These charges are just allegations, and every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. However, this is another meaningful step forward to restoring the integrity of our elections. "We the People" means American citizens, and only American citizens, decide who gets to govern us.

We just filed an emergency stay with SCOTUS. As I said, we would immediately seek relief. The other side has until Monday to respond (note how the Supreme Court lets both sides respond before ruling!).
Without even allowing the government a chance to respond, and in the dark of night, a federal appeals court blocked us from conducting all third-country removals of illegal aliens, an entirely legal and invaluable tool to stem the tide of illegal immigration. We will immediately seek relief from the Supreme Court, which previously granted a stay in this very same case. foxnews.com/politics/federal…
