Going forward with the new Activision Halo game, how would you prefer they handle the story?

I certainly hope things get cleared up about HaloFest soon. I have a lot of announcements I've been waiting to make on that soon but it'll highly depend on what actually is going to happen. In any case, I'll have some exciting things to announce too in the near future!

Just to clear up some confusion over contradictory statements made by another member of Digsite yesterday. The group and project has NOT been shutdown. We have multiple projects in the works still and that will continue on. We'll go into more details on this soon! #Halo

I'll have a video discussing this in detail soon. But basically in the coming weeks and months, the new Digsite releases will come in both steam workshop and tag releases. There will be a git available for the tags.

This looks like bait but I'll bite. The community has without a doubt in my mind been a net benefit to Halo and has probably kept things going longer than they otherwise would have. So much love and creativity and time has been poured into this franchise by online community.

I too have been working on Digsite behind the scenes for under a year now. My job has been officially restoring Halo E3 2000s BSP and polishing it in the CE engine. It's around 80% of the way done, and I will be releasing it sometime later this year. #Halo #HaloCE

Well I can say it now so here goes: After the previous Digsite team left, a few of us tried for a good year or so to get it back up and running... and we did! But due to today's events, it is done. Please have a look at some of the content I was working on

So to kick things off, my personal Halo projects I've been working on in Digsite and wanted to share for awhile involves restoring and bringing the Halo 4 E3 2012 to Halo MCC as well as a map pack of cut Halo 4 MP maps and a few other small things too! I'll talk more on this soon

Ever since Halo HCS last year, I and some others have been working closely with folks at the studio to get the Digsite project chugging along again as well as bring aboard some new people to help out with new projects (who will be sharing what they've been working on soon too)!

So in some lighter Halo news, I was just given the go ahead to announce that Digsite has been in the works on some really cool projects for the past year that I and several members will be sharing today and in the coming days! So stay tuned!

Seeing a bit of community blaming going around. A trillion dollar company like MS doesn't base major financial decisions like this based off what people on Twitter say. Reality is Halo has seen better days and a change was bound to happen sooner or later for better or worse.

I definitely have a lot of thoughts about today's Halo news. But first, it's awful so many people lost their jobs. Hope they'll find new jobs soon, maybe even at the new studio. Halo is a resilient franchise and has changed hands before. I hope for a bright future of Halo!

I'm too excited, so I'm jumping the gun a bit early here. I'm announcing Halo 5: Reforged. This is my love letter to the Halo Community, and probably one of the things I feel most proud of working on in recent years. I'm bringing all of Halo 5 to PC, plus some more! Stay tuned.
