Built in partnership with @SoTCityCouncil and @StokeStaffsLEP, our flagship mixed use regeneration development in the heart of Hanley, Smithfield demonstrates how lucrative public-private partnerships can be.

The project includes over 200,000sq ft of Grade A office space, a Hilton hotel, 150 BTR, and our highly successful Smithfield Works co-working space.
Smithfield is paving the way for regeneration in Stoke, with more phases to come.
