There are moments when a company emerges from becoming something into undeniably being something. DigiPowerX has emerged. I've sat across from Michel Amar in strategy sessions, attended investor meetings, reviewed the financial models, and watched this executive team: Alec, Jag, Paul, and others, supported by expert legal counsel and senior leaders of the world's largest financial institutions, make decisions under real pressure with real capital on the line. What I'm about to share is my personal view, grounded in publicly disclosed information, because I think the magnitude of what is being built here deserves to be said clearly. THE FUTURE OF AI IS PHYSICAL Many talk about AI as if it lives in the cloud. It doesn't. It lives in buildings. Buildings that require hundreds of megawatts of power, purpose-built cooling systems, owned land, Tier III infrastructure, and teams who know how to operate it at scale without blinking. We are at the beginning of what will be the largest infrastructure buildout in human history. Not the largest tech buildout. The largest infrastructure buildout - period. The demand for AI compute is doubling and doubling again. The models are getting larger. The inference requirements are exploding. OpenAI, Google, Meta, Amazon, and every major enterprise on earth is racing to deploy AI at scale and every single one of them needs power and physical compute infrastructure to do it. The companies that secured that infrastructure early, before the utilities ran out of capacity, before the land was gone, before the power agreements became impossible to sign - are sitting on assets that cannot be replicated at any price today. I've walked, almost running to keep up, with Michel through back-to-back meetings, building to building across midtown Manhattan. It actually was a very productive and exciting day. I've watched Michel Amar operate, and I want to say publicly what I believe privately: he and Alec saw this coming before many in this space did. We have meetings 24/7, including Saturday's and Sunday's. Many mornings I wake up and there is already a new text or email from Michel on something to be discussed after I grab a large cup of coffee. They made the call to walk away from Bitcoin mining before it was obvious. They secured the power before it became scarce. We signed Cerebras - one of the most consequential AI compute companies in the world - before breaking ground on the data center. They built NeoCloudz and launched GPU-as-a-Service while the flagship campus was still under construction. And he did all of this with a balance sheet that today carries approximately $150 million in cash and zero long-term debt. That is not luck. That is vision, executed with discipline. Cerebras, for context, just completed the largest IPO of 2026 on Nasdaq (CBRS) - opening 68% above offering price, raising $5.55 billion, holding a $20B+ relationship with OpenAI. They looked at every option available to them and chose DigiPowerX to be included. A billion-dollar bet on our team and the assets we've assembled. I've seen the plan from the inside. What's being communicated publicly reflects exactly what I've seen in execution. There is no gap. WHERE THIS IS GOING The AI data center of the future isn't a retrofitted warehouse. It's purpose-built from the ground up - for liquid-cooled, 150kW+ rack density, Tier III uptime, and the kind of power reliability that frontier AI demands. You pay $11.20/flight to fund TSA. TSA doesn't get that money. Here's the Problem 🧵 1/ Airlines collect your security fee. It goes to the U.S. Treasury — not TSA. TSA then has to ask Congress to get it back through annual appropriations. 2/ Of the $4.6B collected in 2023: ~$1.6B went to deficit reduction. TSA got direct access to just $250M. The rest? Subject to politics. 3/ Compare to highways. Gas tax → Highway Trust Fund → FHWA spends it directly. Even during shutdowns. Because it's a dedicated fund. 4/ TSA was supposed to work the same way. Congress chose to route the money through general revenue instead — giving themselves maximum leverage every budget cycle. 5/ The current "TSA funding crisis" is not a money shortage. Mark Zuckerberg just described the minimum viable business for the next decade. A fourth item made the checklist. Zuckerberg: “Every business, just like they have a website, and a phone number, and an email address, is also going to have an AI.” Website. Phone number. Email address. AI agent. That is not a prediction. That is a new baseline. Twenty years ago, not having a website was a choice. Then it stopped being one. Nobody scheduled that transition. The same filter is back. Running faster this time. A business without an AI agent handling sales, support, and customer interaction will not look outdated. It will look abandoned. Its competitor’s agent responds in two seconds. Knows every customer by name. And while it’s handling yours, it’s handling ten thousand others. You do not outwork that. You do not outspend it. You just lose to it. But Zuckerberg went somewhere most tech CEOs refuse to go. He picked a side in the debate most CEOs avoid entirely. Zuckerberg: “Do you want a future where you’re interacting with kind of one system for everything? Or do you want one where a lot of different people are building a lot of different AIs?” One AI controlled by one company. Or millions of AIs built by millions of people. Centralized intelligence. Or distributed intelligence. Zuckerberg chose distributed. Zuckerberg: “What open source does is it makes it so everyone can take and modify the model and build stuff on top of it. Which is different from the kind of closed and centralized approach.” The closed model makes every business a tenant. You rent intelligence on someone else’s terms. At someone else’s price. Inside someone else’s guardrails. The open model makes every business an owner. You modify the model. You deploy it your way. You build equity in your own system with every iteration. That gap widens quietly. Then it becomes permanent. The tenant pays more for less control every year. The owner pulls further ahead every cycle. One is a subscription. The other is infrastructure. Then Zuckerberg described the part most people have not thought about yet. Zuckerberg: “A lot of creators will have their own AIs. It’s like a richer world when there’s a diversity of different things.” Your favorite creator will have an AI trained on everything they have ever made. Available to millions of people simultaneously. Responding in real time while the creator sleeps. That is the difference between a brand that scales with your waking hours and one that scales with compute. One has a ceiling. The other does not. Zuckerberg is not betting on one model that governs everything. He is betting on billions of specialized AIs, each built by the person closest to the problem it solves. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang just said the quiet part out loud about what the education system will never admit. For a century, we built humans to think like calculators. The algorithm made that skillset obsolete overnight. Huang: “The definition of smart is somebody who’s intelligent, solve problems, technical. But I find that that’s a commodity. And we’re about to prove that artificial intelligence is able to handle that part easiest.” Software engineering was supposed to be the safe play. Superintelligence cleared it first. The SAT was supposed to measure intelligence. It was measuring the ability to follow instructions. Raw technical processing isn’t a competitive edge anymore. It’s the floor the machine stepped over before you woke up. The question isn’t what you can calculate. It’s what you can see before the data shows up. Huang: “People who are able to see around corners are truly, truly smart. And their value is incredible. To be able to preempt problems before they show up, just because you feel the vibe.” That vibe isn’t magic. It’s the collision of first principles, human empathy, and lived experience no model can fake. Huang: “That vibe came from a combination of data, analysis, first principle, life experience, wisdom, sensing other people.” The operators who see around corners will command the AI. The ones waiting for dashboards to update will be replaced by it. Huang: “I think long term the definition of smart is someone who sits at that intersection of being technically astute, but human empathy and having the ability to infer the unspoken, around the corners, the unknowables.” The unspoken variables are the new leverage. The human psychology inside a market. The invisible friction in a negotiation. The instinct to build something nobody asked for yet. You can’t spreadsheet your way there. You can’t prompt your way to that perception. It comes from decades of watching what doesn’t show up in the metrics. Huang: “And that person might actually score horribly on the SAT.” The future doesn’t belong to people who memorized answers. It belongs to people who sense the questions before anyone thinks to ask. The old system tested your ability to follow orders. The new one tests your ability to move through the unknown. And the machine can’t help you with that part. That part is entirely on you.
