I still can’t quite get my head around Sage turning to his bench at half time & his decision being to bring McNeil on. I think that terrifies me almost as much as how he sets up a defence. #cpfc

Hobbs oversaw the departure of proven Prem quality at Wolves & replaced them with below par reinforcements. He’s doing the same with us. How Parish ever gave him the job, I’ll never know. Same goes for Sharon Lacey whilst we’re at it. Sage isn’t the only one who needs to go #cpfc

I keep seeing people suggest a change of shape. Sarr aside, what options do we have on the wing? They’re minimal. We change the shape, & we’re playing squaring pegs in round holes. We’ve gone all in on playing 3-4-3, yet managed to recruit quite badly for it. #cpfc

He’s not been helped by the board & this defence is a direct consequence of their failings…but I’ve just gone from supporting Sage to thinking this won’t work. 3-0 down to them within 10 mins is a joke. A thrashing has been coming for weeks with all the chances we give up. #cpfc
