GALAPEX IV 2026 INICIA SU FASE EN EL MAR RUMBO A GALÁPAGOS ⚓🌊 #SantaElena | Las Fuerzas Armadas, a través de la Armada del Ecuador, por medio de la Fuerza de Tarea Multinacional 401, dieron inicio a la fase en el mar del Ejercicio Multinacional GALAPEX IV 2026. Desde la rada de Salinas, unidades navales ecuatorianas y extranjeras se hicieron a la mar para desarrollar las operaciones y entrenamientos previstos. Previo al zarpe, el Contralmirante Ramiro Armijos Gallegos, Comandante de la Fuerza de Tarea Multinacional 401, compartió con los comandantes de las unidades participantes y les auguró buen viento y buena mar para el cumplimiento de la misión. Las unidades navales navegarán rumbo a las islas Galápagos, donde ejecutarán entrenamientos orientados a fortalecer la cooperación y la capacidad de respuesta frente a la pesca ilegal, no declarada y no reglamentada (INDNR) y otros delitos conexos que afectan la seguridad marítima y los recursos marinos.
