Some day, Brandon may be a really good QB. Today is not that day. You have to pull him.

The weather is (finally) excellent, and I’m hearing that Chickasaw is in amazing shape. How about helping out the guys and gals working to perfect their craft at @freedhardeman by playing in this event in a couple weeks?
Youa are invited to tee off for the 2026 Annual Golf Scramble on October 10th! ⛳️

Not just solid golf scores from the boys. @GoLowLeo rolled another top score on his final AP test (results reported today).

65 by @GoLowLeo in the first round of the @willow_tn Invitational. Just a great score during thunderstorms at 7,211 yards.
Some folks questioned Leo playing against the best men (amateurs and pros) this summer instead of junior events before he heads off to @FHU_Golf in August. I think he made the right call based on his results so far. The rest of his summer:
6/30 - Tennessee Open Qualifer @ThreeRidges
7/10-12 - East Tennessee Amateur
7/25-26 - Ridgefields Invitational

It's impossible to talk about Maryville golf without mentioning Leo Huddleston (@GoLowLeo).
He signed with Freed-Hardeman on Thursday, leaving behind an accomplished prep career on and off the course. @TDT_Sports

Fuel for the conspiracy theorists out there:
Per NFLPenalties.com, the Bears have been flagged 64 times for 533 yards. (2nd highest per game penalty count in the league)
Bears opponents have been flagged 36 times for 254 yards (2nd lowest per game count in the league)

Quite a @TSSAA State Tournament for @GoLowLeo.

Went through the records, and it’s the best finish for a Maryville golfer in the 86 years that golf has been contested by the TSSAA.
Lots of emotions, of course. Leo has played with that “M” on his chest for 8 years. Thrilled that he was able to go out on such a high note. #MemoriesMade
