Act 3 was developed for about 8 months in concert with Act 2. Some of its assets got repurposed for Act 2, but the ones that didn't have a real vibe to me.

first two shots are from the open world section, second two are from DeAngelo's Tenement, an important quest giver area you return to a lot in the first few nights of Act 3 while operating as a Kaliere spy in Iridopolis.

Six years ago, I started a project that was everything you aren't supposed to do.
A big, hours-long single player action game with cutscenes and side quests galore.
After release two years ago, I've more than tripled the size of the game, and I'm not done yet.

So, Act 2 is on track to perform quite poorly overall. My fears were pretty much realized.
I'm considering my options at the moment. Thank you to everyone who's been enjoying CQ and sharing it with people! I hope I can figure something out.
I really hope Act 2 does well. Been tossing and turning at night over it. This act took so much out of me to make. I've considered quitting game development because of how torturous it was. It comes together in the end, but only just, and I'm worried this is my last chance.
