To be fair, I've never really had a problem living with a lady in the manner in which you speak. It would really come down to the person you choose. So many men have this complaint, but I'm sure there are women that have bad experiences cohabiting with men too. There is no good or bad gender. Humans are just complicated. You'll have issues, but choose someone you can reason with. However, people do have their value system and deal breakers. Don't commit a wrong so egregious, then blame them for not giving you grace to course correct. This applies to them as much as it applies to you. If you want to get married, you'll have to live with a woman. You can't escape it. Sometimes, cohabiting just doesn't work and that is okay too.
