The @goibibo team just set an example of how customer service should be. Not only did they promptly process my refund, but they even went a step further refunding the convenience fees as a special gesture! 💫
I had reached out to them explaining that the cancellation was due to the airline’s schedule change, and politely requested a review. While the T&Cs clearly state that convenience fees are non-refundable, the @GoibiboSupport team chose empathy over policy and that truly deserves appreciation. 👏
In a world where customer support often hides behind rules, this small gesture made a big difference. 🫶
