Extremely powerful show, it would take an entire essay to sing proper praises to everyone involved. As extremely difficult as the show was, it was made easier for me by seeing these phenomenal performers, many whom were so close with PAC, give their all to properly celebrate his career. All night, we constantly saw the wrestlers breaking down, and push through those emotions for the show. But the message I received wasn’t about shoving your emotions down for the sake of performing. It was the exact opposite, allowing yourself to feel that grief and using it to motivate you to keep pushing forward anyway. As someone who’s had to struggle with grief a lot over the past few years, it was really touching and if anything, inspired me a lot. Everyone should be proud of the show they put on. The commentary, the production team, the talents, the crowd, everyone. On one hand, you could see the emotions coursing through everyone throughout the night. But on the other, you could also see how driven they were to perform at the highest level. They knew PAC deserved nothing but the best. In a beautiful way, just as PAC motivated those around him to be great while he was here, the impact of his absence will continue to inspire everyone even further. I’m gonna miss him a lot. Spectacular episode.
