Hey guys, recently i released GPU Grid, and took a step back to look at it like i wasn't the one who built it, so few things didn't hold up.
Account & product layer: building a full user dashboard (login through privy), with visible stats, clear free plan limits, and a proper pricing page. right now too much of this is invisible or scattered.
Docs & onboarding: writing real api documentation to the standard devs expect, plus a full guide on how to list and rent gpus. redesigning the provider and rental flows so they actually feel like a product, not a beta.
Marketplace depth: moving from one flat rental option to a real market, where you can pick your specific gpu, compare, and choose. separating the landing page from the actual product so each one does its job properly.
Token utility & transparency: making the token's role in the product actually visible, right now there's no on-site interaction with it, and that changes. also tightening up visibility into what's on-chain and where the compute is actually coming from.
This is v2. real iteration, built from actually using the thing.
