We were in Boston last week with MLB hitter Caleb Durbin, continuing to work on staying inside the baseball, letting it travel, and using his legs efficiently. Caleb has taken the work we’ve done in the cage and continued training those same feels on deck and during pregame—and the results have transferred: two grand slams and a walk-off in the last few days! Caleb Durbin has 8 home runs in the last 30 days after making key adjustments using the Gswing principles. The biggest change has been learning to properly use the legs—driving off the backside and landing in a strong, athletic 50/50 hitting position. From there, he rotates while staying connected, works the barrel forward through the zone, and creates the money gap. This has allowed him to drive the ball with power to all fields. #Gswing
