I am a long time HS lacrosse coach and I follow a lot of various coaches, lacrosse and other associated stuff and I just saw your thread. I thought, oh yea I will read yet another half baked thread. But I have to say, every point was absolutely spot on-and I mean directly on-wow!

Brilliant thread, my boy is in his second year of football & whilst he might not be the most talented on his team. The smile on his face after every training session, game and tourney is a testimony to his coaches. They make him enjoy being part of a team and winning as a team.
