A new bulk unloading system is just about completed at our Cuba City, WI facility. The two surge bins will feed an overhead conveyor to the bulk storage bins and significantly decrease the time it takes to unload a truck. @GroAlliance

@GroAlliance has warehouse space available in Breckenridge, MN!
We recently completed a seed storage and distribution project from our Breckenridge, MN soybean production facility. That means, we now have warehouse space and distribution capacity available.
The site features 60,000 square feet of warehouse space, including two climate-controlled warehouses and one that also has heated storage space.

This is a great example of seed corn detasseling excellence!
After mechanical cutting, mechanical pulling and hand pulling, there are still 2+ leaves above the ear and all the female inbred tassels are removed. These leaves help contribute additional yield potential.
It’s a simple equation…more leaf material above the ear = more yield.

What a celebration!
It was honor to attend the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Hall of Fame induction ceremony today for so many deserving athletes. Especially meaningful was that my friend and colleague, @skump52 (Jeff Skemp), etched his name into the Hall.
His acceptance speech was fantastic; filled with stories from his playing career and leadership lessons he picked up along the way. I get the privilege of seeing him implement those experiences everyday in his work at @GroAlliance to benefit our employees, clients and contractors.
Congrats on an outstanding athletic career, an incredible family and your great work at Gro Alliance, Mr Hall of Famer!
