This, to me, sounds like he's asking the Ferrari top brass to publicly back him.

Belmondo looks like his dad.
Goodmorning everyone🙋‍♂️🏁 Presentation of the Benetton tean for 1993, with the B192 in 1993 livery. An interesting line up! Besides Schumi and Patrese there are Paul Belmondo, Alan McNish and Andrea Montermini. #F1 #RetroF1

The best thing the Ferrari top brass can do, it's hire this guy, give him five years, and leave the team the fuck alone.
Wait & see … #F1 #Ferrari #Horner

Spa '95. Pat Symonds humorously explains how he had to discipline Schumacher to pit for wets when the conditions worsened. Schumi had been doing so well on slicks on the damp track, he didn't want to change them. #KeepFightingMichael motorsportmagazine.com/archi…

Let the Bearman-Camara competition for future misery. I mean a Ferrari seat commences.

Eventually, he looked absolutely smashing as the king. @frentzen_hh put on a great Elvis show after the race - which is probably how team Jordan got to notice his abilities: not only racing, but also rock 'n roll. He only had to maintain his cap for obvious sponsor visibility.

Community note
F1 states "data shows 75% of F1 fans believe Sprint events add greater value" without disclosing any survey source, methodology, sample, or date. 2002 - Rubens Barrichello led a Ferrari one-two at the Italian Grand Prix, #OnThisDay 15 September, finishing ahead of teammate Michael Schumacher and the Jaguar of Eddie Irvine, the driver Barrichello had replaced at Ferrari. Although Barrichello’s win was comfortable, he initially trailed the Williams of Ralf Schumacher and Juan Pablo Montoya after the first corner. Ralf led the early laps but controversially had to move aside for Montoya, who was deemed faster. Ralf’s race ended soon after with an engine failure. Montoya later lost positions to both Barrichello and Schumacher before retiring with chassis issues, leaving Ferrari to take a dominant victory, much to the delight of the Italian crowd. #F1 #formula1
