"Nazi-Maoists" or "Fredistas" have no idea how actual Maoist guerilla warfare works. The entire philosophy of it is mass mobilization from a overwhelmingly rural populace. Even if NWTI guys started moving to the PNW en masse there is no way they would be able to acquire or maintain a strong rural support base considering those areas are overwhelmingly supportive of Trump.
