The most bullish thing that has happened to $DOG in months just occurred and it is not what you expect 🧵 People focus too much on price A coin's price is important but it does not tell the full story In a crypto bull run every coin's price goes up It is not inherently good that a coin's price goes up In fact it can be bad If the price of a coin is going up less on a relative basis than its peers that means it is underperforming the market Similarly in the recent bear market people complained to me "Leonidas the price of $DOG is going down we are failing" I did not see it this way There is no coin that can escape the correction of a crypto bear market Even Bitcoin's price goes down What is much more important is that your coin goes down less on a relative basis For example $DOG's price has been going down for the past year because we were in a crypto bear market but I viewed this as healthy and good Because I was looking at the underlying performance of $DOG relative to other memecoins For example the top dog coin on Solana WIF went down significantly more than $DOG did from their respective ATHs $DOG's price did not fall as much as its peers because it had the $DOG Army showing up and fighting for it every single day Now for the good news During this week's "crypto upswing" $DOG has risen nearly 100 spots on the CoinMarketCap rankings and has just cracked into the top 200 for the first time in a long time This is much more important than $DOG's price going up Every coin's price has gone up in the past week But not every coin has been climbing the CoinMarketCap leaderboard at such a rapid pace Forget price entirely Erase it from your mind What we need to do is get $DOG onto the homepage of CoinMarketCap again That is an achievable goal that is completely independent of if the crypto market decides to be red or green on any given day Let's make $DOG a top 100 cryptocurrency in the world and make so much noise that we can no longer be ignored This is a good short-term goal for us to aspire to Keep showing up Keep fighting Every post, repost, and like is making a difference $DOG go to the CoinMarketCap homepage!!!!
