Weekend modding PT2. This is kind of one of them What If? I essentially ported WCW Mayhem into Def Jam Vendetta.
🔹 Tweaked camera to match more No Mercy style
🔹 WCW Nitro + Ring ported
🔹 Sting + Bam Bam Bigelow characters ported
🔹 I put the TNA Impact! Scorpion Death Drop move into the game
🔹 I put the WCW Mayhem Scorpion Death Drop move into the game

Built on the research we at @dot_discovery have done with the #WWE2K26 animation scene, I was able to build a similar animation event tool to shift gameplay event triggers, proof of concept I moved the impact sound of the TNA Impact move further along.
Shout out to @AEWModForever for being the first one to properly open the doors to Def Jam Vendetta modding, big inspiration!
Weekend modding, working on a PS2 WWE project; it's merging Shut Your Mouth in Here Comes The Pain.
Some things I've done so far:
- Assembly edited the game, increased the roster code dramatically (with save expansion code to allow for season mode, stats etc) so nobody is replaced, they are new slots
- All low poly models are disabled (assembly code edit), this means referees are high poly
- Assembly edited the menu code to display every character and play one of their taunts
- Full port of Hulk Hogan (+ all attires, NWO has separate tron/music on new slots too), this includes entrance, music, movies, moves etc all on brand new slots (no replacing), I have done others like Raven, Jeff Hardy, Billy Gunn etc
- Increased the capacity of alt attires, anybody ported from SYM have all their attires, no replacement.
- Ported moves have their own "New" category like #WWE2K26
