$hood you can tell they’re taking the $aapl approach and model with their movement/ “company” You always long the grift and constructs. $hood was “built” from the ground up purposefully and with intention. $gme $amc was one big charade to put robinhood in the limelight…

$spy in Hawaii, it takes roughly 90k net income to live on your own comfortably(about 180k to buy a house) Food for thought: taking 90/180k salary/income puts you in upper tax bracket, JUST to live normally compared to most other states that would take 42-50k to live the same.

Also, keep in mind… how many companies can or willing to pay that sort of income to literally just live. Not many to go around, hence why so many leave here or are literal homeless. There’s many kids in Hawaii that are homeless and go to school(they do surveys here) wild right?

For a state that requires roughly 42-48/hr pay to live on your own, the average pay here is about 20/hr. Market dynamics/ supply&demand is out the window here.

$spy they want folks in Hawaii to panic sell their homes
OPINION: "If a Category 5 storm ever hits Oahu, most wooden homes will be demolished. Many will die. The state government should have been preparing for this decades ago, but prevention is now critical." Read more: bit.ly/4ifL1kh
