Womb August 9, 2026 Elizabeth Chalker “Powerfully Woven in the Womb Every Day Already Written by the Matchless Living God” God ordains our life on earth. There is a set time to be born and a set time to die and go home with Him. He is not a condemning God. He has compassion and understanding for what we suffer, for what we long for, and He sympathizes with our weaknesses. Even when we reach a point where the only thing we desire is to be done with this life and come home to be with Him—free of the sin, turmoil, and spiritual warfare of this world. Ecclesiastes 8. God’s ways are incomprehensible. We—NONE of us—will ever understand WHY or WHAT God does. He appoints the time for everything that happens on the earth, and He brings it all to pass in ways only He knows, for His reasons and purposes. He has already decided when each will be born on earth and when he or she will die. NOTHING changes God. He is always the same. Though the following is personal, it applies to every one of us who are God’s children. I pray you see yourself in what the Lord has shown me. When God knit me together in my mother’s womb, as He fearfully and wonderfully made me—my innermost parts, ALL I would experience in the womb and every breath of my life outside of the womb—was already wrought there, in that moment. Everything was already in me—a part of who I am. The same goes for you, for every believer in Christ. God’s love, His light, canceled the darkness of the womb where I grew, as it also canceled the evil that attempted to murder me in the womb through an abortion attempt as I was being formed. God’s light shone through every detail of my entire life; right there in the womb as I was being shaped. The bright light of His presence is the LAMP for my feet and light for my path. It was already turned on to light every breath I would take—even those labored breaths born out of fear, pain, trauma, uncertainty, sin, detours, rebellion, and triumph throughout my entire life. God’s light was already illuminated on my entire path as a sojourner with Christ, with Holy Spirit, as I walk the earth. The light of God is a steady presence with no break in it, from conception to the death of this mortal body, to the stairway back to His throne, where I will one day have a glorified body. God’s light never extinguishes, for I am HIS and He is mine eternally—forever. No darkness can put out His life in me. No wickedness of the enemy can overcome God. I am in Him and He is in me, forever. He recorded all of my days, moments, words, and decisions before I even came to be—and, in the womb, imprinted them all on me as He knit me together. All was a part of me then, even then. “My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes beheld my unformed substance. In your book were written all the days that were formed for me, when none of them as yet existed.” —Psalm 139:15-16 God knew everything completely, and He still chose me. He still loves me. He still sent Jesus, His Son, to become man and take the weight of all sin upon Himself, to lay down His life and take it up again—for me. For you. God knows my frame—He knows your frame. He gave me all I would ever need—ALL of Himself—right there in the womb. My life is an unfolding of every detail (so many of which only God knows, as He is infinite and I am finite) that was set before I even came to be on earth. To know God’s thoughts towards me… I could never grasp them fully or come close to counting them all. Can you—can anyone? Can anyone create a living human being, breathe life into him or her, and KNOW every thought, action, and deed he or she would have at every level, in each moment, nanosecond, and deeper… of his or her life? How unsearchable are God’s ways? How unsearchable is God? No one can counsel Him or replicate Him. No one else has always been, having no beginning or end. As He put me together in my mother’s womb with all the details of my ENTIRE life on earth intricately woven into me, God also gave me the victory in it all. His holy presence He breathed into me at that moment. He will never leave, dissipate, or decline in power. I am fortified by the CITADEL who IS God, El Shaddai. The light of Christ has no OFF switch. His love never fades or changes. He IS love. He shines in me and through me constantly, as He never ends, never fails, and never gives up on me. Brothers and sisters in Christ, God not only knows your thoughts from afar—not only sees all—not only goes before and behind you and has His hand on you in this moment… He has already been in EVERY MOMENT of your life, before you were even born! The Lord our God is walking out your life with you—in you—all about you—those who are His children. He saw it all before you were ever a thought in your mom and dad’s heart, and He chose you and He loves you. Your growth and development as a human being was already established before you took your first breath… Your growth in Him was already clear to God before you ever uttered one word or had a thought in your heart. How majestic is our God! Dear God, search me and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there is any grievous way in me, and LEAD ME IN THE WAY EVERLASTING! For You, O Lord, have searched me and KNOW me! How could we ever comprehend such an infinite, all-powerful, all-knowing, and intimately personal God who created each and every one of us and wants each and every one of us as part of His family? The Way Out – Freedom in Christ Elizabeth Chalker August 4, 2026 The Way Out – Freedom in Christ Show me the way out, Holy Spirit. I have been trapped for decades by serious physical illness and all that goes along with it. Because it has been so long and so intense, I have believed, on some level, the lie — from doctors, from family, from friends, and even from myself (and my circumstances) — that there is no way out into perfect health: LIFE abundant and to the full; freedom, quality of life, and vibrant life — being able to actually live. What lies have you believed in your life? Really search your heart about this. But God, with You there is ALWAYS a way to freedom, health, abundance — LIFE. You are the way, Jesus. Holy Spirit, please take my hand and walk me right out of this pit I have been in. Release me from the bondage — the net that has kept me trapped. Help me to see CLEARLY in the natural and OPEN my spiritual eyes to see clearly — in Jesus’ name. Help me to be FREE, for it is for freedom that Jesus Christ has set me free — to FREELY serve You, Lord! In Jesus’ name. I love You, God. These are not just private prayers. They point us to a greater truth about what freedom in Christ actually means. What are we, as children of the Living God, free from? What does freedom in Christ mean? Paul, in his letters (Galatians, Romans, and 1 Corinthians), speaks about Christian freedom and liberty. As God’s children, we are free from: • The law — Jesus fulfilled it and took away the condemnation it put on us. Galatians 5:1: “For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.” • The power of sin having dominion over us. In Christ, each of us has died with Him and been raised with Him — sin is no longer the master over us. The Holy Spirit is the One who drives us! Romans 6:14: “For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.” Paul tells us we have already died with Christ to the stoicheia (elemental spirits / elementary principles) of the world — spiritual powers and human religious systems. Colossians 2:8: “See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental principles of the world, and not according to Christ.” Colossians 2:20: “If with Christ you died to the elemental principles of the world, why do you live as if you still belonged to the world? Why do you submit to regulations…” Slavery has to do with condemnation and everything that belongs to the curse. Sickness and disease are part of the curse. Harassment, fear, anxiety, unworthiness, self-condemnation, genetic cycles, addictions, jealousy, and timidity are all part of the curse. As children of the Living God, we have been set free from all of it. We have been set free from rejection, false accusations, harassment, timidity, the laws of the Old Testament, religion, and the power of sin. This freedom from the curse and from every form of bondage is part of the inheritance of every believer in Jesus Christ. Each of us is free to love and serve: Galatians 5:13: “For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence, but through love become slaves to one another.” Freedom to live by the Spirit: Galatians 5:16–25: “Live by the Spirit, I say, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh. For what the flesh desires is opposed to the Spirit, and what the Spirit desires is opposed to the flesh… If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, competing against one another, envying one another.” Do not return, therefore, to legalism or religion (self-condemnation, trying to earn God’s love, forgiveness, mercy, healing, or blessing). We do not have to “earn” salvation — nor could we! We do not have to earn God’s love. We do not have to earn His blessings, His favor, healing, provision, protection, deliverance, rescue, safety, or presence. We do not have to earn anything. God has freely given us all things in Christ. We simply receive. Father God, I receive all things from You now — even the things I do not yet know how to ask for that You have for me. I receive from You now. How about you? What do you need to lay down today before the Father as you humbly bow before the Holy Spirit and search your own heart for the lies you have been believing that have kept you from being fully free? I pray today is the day, my brother, my sister, that you truly break free!
