I find that joint parental educational time improves children's cognitive skills more than mother-only time. For verbal skills, this effect is driven by families where parents have at least a bachelor's degree.

- You can't control whether your paper gets rejected but you get to control whether you submit it
- If robustness is not grounds for rejecting the paper do not bother with doing every robustness possible, concentrate on the main ones and submit 2/n
