nasdaq.com/market-activity/s… What would you pay for a never ending, perpetual call option on MSTR with a strike price of $1,000? Well, how's this thought? The stock market pays YOU 10.65% annual. STRK current PPS $74.24 pays an annual dividend of $8. Shortly, they will pay you DAILY! And for that return you also get a perpetual call option. NFA.

ASST Anyone watching the trading should conclude today is indicative of very high relative strength. With Bitcoin lower after the knee jerk reaction to inflation, and interest rates needs to take a step back. After all this is digested, the money printer will likely not only continue, but money supply shall grow even faster. Interest on our national debt is growing. And, although I have nothing against paying every adult $5,000, (lol) that's $1.3 Trillion going out. Also, not defining the reason why ASST is rising on some relative strength, but remember, we have roughly $700M of warrants coming due with conversion price of $27. Most or all that money will buy bitcoin, and possibly build cash to pay future SATA dividends. I think with some cooperation from Bitcoin, which should happen in the coming months, ASST could be a 2X within 6 - 8 months......believe it or not. NFA

S+P Re-Balancing and inclusion tomorrow? Does S+P announce their re-balancing after the close tomorrow?

In the coming days, as STRC gets back to par I am looking forward to see if "organic" STRK buying ensues. Not supported by Strategy buying. On it's own. Also, will Mr. Saylor raise the STRC dividend, if STRC buying does not resume?

They're not gonna let BTC close the week above $79k. But, soooo what!

Technical analysis and charts generally reflect a "map" created by sentiment. Volume rises and falls, direction maintained or changes. Past 2 days Bitcoin volume, Bitcoin ETF volume both rose drastically while price rose. Fundamentally, the news seems to point to a Clarity Act decision coming to a head with President Trump emphasizing he is behind it. In September, it will be decided, and sometime between now and then, the "market" will decide, right or wrongly, if it believes it will come to pass. Bitcoin is going to do what bitcoin ALWAYS has and will do. Regardless of the Clarity Act. We have been at the 200 week MA and have tested that level successfully. Those who started DCAing are taking a very calculated and historically favorable risk, weighing the risk VS reward. As I have posted often, I am fully invested with large positions in MSTR, Bitcoin and Strive. And, a outsized position in STRK, which pays me while I wait. NFA, and GL to all.

In the “old” days we’d call a day like this a 2 Lambo day. Although, car prices have risen a bit. 😃

You just said it's one of the 6 largest balance sheets in the world. 10 years from now "everyone" will look back and say they missed it? C'mon........we didn't miss it. We're just all hopeful the PPS gets back to where it was, which "we expect" once Bitcoin goes parabolic again and our "bitcoin per share" metric plays out. We LOVE bitcoin and love owning a company with the most bitcoin. But we live on fiat, so in the meanwhile, I live off STRK,STRC and SATA.

Bitcoin Bottoming Process It takes a while, but it's percolating. I have been saying for just shy of a year, we were going lower. We had to get to the 200 week MA. We did, and we are in that bottoming process. I'm looking for when the Bitcoin daily volume starts to pick up again. Not even remotely close until we start seeing $50-60B daily for starters. About double where we are. The downside risk still exists. Maybe as low as $52-53k, but the risk/reward is now tilted higher. Much higher. The correlated assets; MSTR, STRK, ASST, COIN, and BMNR (ETH) will react bigly only when that volume picks up. I also expect SOL and ETH to run. And, earning nice returns in preferreds while this is getting started. The mini-fiasco caused by the card I won't mention although nearly a nothing burger to the markets will cause a flight to "safety" of FBTC and IBIT. The next 2-4 months will get interesting. NFA

I hope Saylor is not buying more STRC. Trying to manipulate the pricing is guaranteed to be counter productive. If he buys back common stock that makes a little more sense. Cash should be used for 2 reasons: Buying bitcoin And paying dividends Period Between now and November mistakes will be counter productive. When bitcoin turns up in a few months fortunately these mistakes will be buried.

Why did Strategy reduce the ATM for STRK? Mr. Saylor relies heavily on Chat GBT and other AI tools, so I asked AI. Here's the response;; The key reasons for this reduction include:Managing Dividend Obligations: STRK carries a fixed dividend yield of around 8%. Constantly running a massive ATM program requires the company to service an exponentially growing pool of preferred shares, putting immense pressure on cash flows.Rebalancing Capital Programs: Strategy replaced a large chunk of its STRK capacity with a newly scaled 21 billion ATM for STRC (Stretch), a variable-rate preferred stock designed to trade near par ($100). This allows the firm to raise funds with more flexible, yield-adjusted dynamics rather than relying heavily on fixed-yield STRK. Improving Capital Efficiency: By reducing the authorized shares of STRK from 269.8 million down to roughly 40 million, Strategy signals a tighter leash on share dilution and a strategic pivot to other financial instruments such as its 21 billion Common Stock and 21 billion STRC programs. So; How is MSTR dealing with improving the return to PAR for STRC? Are we buyin' this rationale? Asking for a friend. BTW-full disclosure. I own STRK, and some of the SATA and STRC.

STRK is paying us to be patient. $8 Fixed dividend. Current yield over 13% And it has a perpetual embedded call option for the common stock.

My 2 Bitcoin target prices I'm waiting for. Before getting even remotely excited or impressed with any move higher. We must break and hold $74,800. Then $84,000.....with volume 3+ days exceeding $100B per day. Until then, this is just the same old -same old in this period of bearish consolidation. And the prefs, pay me to be patient.

STRK is one of the preferred offers from Strategy. $8 annual dividend at $100 par value is 8%, so the current yield at $61 is over 13%. Paid quarterly, so not many write about it now. However, its dividend is FIXED, so it cannot be reduced. Furthermore, Strategy reduced the ATM for it, which should tell investors something. And, the dividends are cumulative IF ever skipped or suspended. But the real kicker ignored by the markets today is the embedded PERPETUAL call option (1/10) at a strike of $1,000. Not Financial advice, but this preferred is grossly mispriced by the markets.

Strategy owns more of the hardest asset than any entity on the planet. In simple terms, their goal is to own more. However, due to "market conditions", they said they may/will sell some bitcoin opportunistically. They also sell a variety of credit instruments and will opportunistically buy some back. IMO, they are no longer just a Bitcoin Treasury company. They are a Bitcoin Investment Bank. And this requires a different skill set. Mr. Saylor and Team are brilliant, and I am a loyal and steadfast investor, but need to consider hiring new talent to manage what they have become. Managing how to profit from owning more of the hardest asset on the planet is a different skill set. And, not "comparing" but ASST team takes what MSTR does and improves on it. Kudos to the baby sibling! Will be interesting to see how they manage it. BTW, Grain, Jeff, and Ben, you are the most articulate folks in our space. Thanks for everything you do. Each, in your own way. PS; Despite all the noise, when Bitcoin turns higher and runs, a lot of mistakes get forgiven. I want MSTR and ASST to capitalize, not just go along for the ride. @GrainofSaltSF @PunterJeff @Werkman
